Since my childhood, I believe that one of the most beautiful relationships in this world is of parents and children. For any parents, their child is the brightest star in the world and he/she will provide the best possible luxurious life once they attain a certain age. Yes, its true that some parents are not in a position to earn their bread and butter after a certain age or due to some severe problems, but what about those people who have earned a lot and their future is secured(in terms of financial stability)? What do you think why would they need their children for any support when they are financially stable (P.S. Money is everything in today’s world)? Ok now you would think what a crap!! Come on. Parents need moral support, physical and various other kind of support which only a son/daughter can give (Daughters are now proving that they can take any responsibility).
Yeah that’s right. They need that shoulder. But do you think you have fastened your seatbelt for such a big responsibility? No; because already there are so many tensions in your life... studies, job, girl friend, wife, upbringing of your dear child, etc. where the hell is any scope of adjustments in such a busy life (and that too full of tensions). Why can’t parents understand this and just go somewhere near Himalaya and live their rest of the life in peace? But no they won’t; they will stay back and keep on crying about their never ending problems. We agree that they have done certain things for us which we appreciate but that’s not everything. What’s the big deal if they held our hands to teach us how to stand on our own and walk; what if they gave us food(keeping themselves hungry); what if they have gifted us new dresses on every occasion( though mumma wears the same sari on every occasion); What if dad gifted me on my birthday the most stylish motorbike out of his Provident Fund( but he likes to walk, I cant help it); what if mumma never eats before I finish my meals; What if mumma-papa used to cry when ever i am in pain…
Ufff..enough…Its not a big deal..anyone can do all this crap…..whats the point getting so ‘senti’ on such a small issue…Guys we are from gen-next..We don’t give a f**k to all this….These oldies can manage on their own..Don’t worry…Lets first solve our own problem and if we can spend some amount(excuse me, time is precious) , lets just give it to them. Atleast then we are free from them.
What say??
